Here they are, at first his sister wouldn't pay any attention to him, now she's keeping a close eye on him to make sure he doesn't misbehave and he won't lay down anywhere that isn't near her. Her job is never done, and he is behaving like a typical younger brother!!!!

Meet Marley!

Hi Everyone, well I know it has been quite awhile, but I have been so super busy, and to add to this we just added a new member to our family, yes here he is Marley, he is 5 months old and a cutie pie, just in case you are wondering he is a Puggle. Right now he is busy beyond belief and I thought our 5 kids were work, but this puppy has won that title, and his sister Arwin she seems no more enthused with him than she was before he got here! WHEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have a wonderful day.

Giant Cookies!

So I wanted to bake some cookies today but I wanted the super giant kind of cookies you normally get at the malls! I didn't want to bake by scratch today so I decided to try these, and guess what these declicious looking cookies probably won't last 3 seconds in the house, for each cookie I took a 1/4 cup of cookie dough and put it on a ungreased cookie sheet, I was able to fit 4 on each sheet, that should tell you how big these are, then I cooked them for exactly 16 minutes at 350 degrees. We haven't eaten them yet but a cold glass of milk OMG I think I will be in heaven!!!!!

Dog's Life!!!

Well here she, my little girl, she decided to jump into the pool with her brothers then next thing you know she gets on the tube and decided to lounge for the rest of the time, watching to make sure the boys don't make a sneak attack!!

Here she is afterwards just exhausted from watching those boys of hers!!! So much for her to do, running around, chasing the boys, digging in the grass, what's a dog to do but have a stretch on the couch!!!!!

Here it is Sunday, it's kind of a overcast day, a little bit chilly, it almost feels like the start of fall!!!

Today as I walked around outside with my morning coffee, I began to think of all the flowers I want to plant for next spring, then I something caught my eye and so I took a picture or two, now I want to share them with you, Have a Wonderful Day....

The Silver Bowl.......

It all began last week, I decided to visit one of my favorite thrift stores, yes I love to thrift, anywhoo as I walked up and down the aisle something caught my eye, it was this bowl, it was so tarnished and dirty I thought to myself do I really want to work on this, now understand me I absolutely love anything silver, anything milk glass and all cups and saucers, and absolutely unequivably 100% all christmas especially dishes, this is another story though, so I went ahead and I brought this baby home and began to work on it and guess what, I am in love with my bowl!!!!! Yes, take a look at my before, middle, and after, as they say "One person's junk is another person's Treasure" and geez what a treasure I found!!!!!!!

The Pouch Mug??

I must say when I first saw this I thought oh another mug, but then I lost the blurriness, you must understand this was first thing this morning during my time alone, as I looked closer I saw this has a little pocket for tea then my mind started thinking, I can put a hot chocolate packet instead of tea or a instant coffee packet, or sugar packet, splenda packet heck even a packet of good campbell's cup of soup!!!
I want this no I need this, I would put this in my purse and carry it everywhere...

Crazy about the Butterfly!!!

I fell in love with this bench the first time I saw it, I keep thinking to myself that someday I will have this bench in my yard, I just need to convince the hubby of this! So let's all have a turn sitting on my someday bench........

The Cabinets....

So here we are finally made the decision to start on the cabinets in the kitchen, they are in fabulous shape still so we decided to just paint, we painted it white and all the hardware black, wow what a difference this makes, now we only have 15 more cabinets to paint, we just got the one done today to see how we would like it and if this was the color choice we wanted, I said to the hubby just paint them please!!!!!!! I will continue to post on them as they come along, normally we would have had them knocked out in one day, but I made him promise me to take everything down and paint pretty and neatly, this is where he looked at me like I am a man I don't paint pretty!

Into the Depth of the Mind.........

Not So Springy!!!!!

So tell me is it not suppose to be spring, yesterday afternoon I went and purchased some herb seedlings to start my herb garden, of course these were going to stay inside for awhile before I set them outside, it rained for a good portion of the day yesterday, evening came and so did bedtime and my thought was I can't wait to get my garden started all the herbs and fresh veggies, and then I woke up and this is what I saw, SNOW!!!!!
I guess my herbs and veggies are going to have to wait.......
